Southtown Fete 2025 has now finished. Keep an eye on our website for news on next year’s event!
This summer, we are hosting a fete to be remembered!
Come along to the Southtown Fete from 12pm – 3pm on Saturday 19th July and experience a host activities, for all ages, provided by many organisations in the local area. There is something for everyone, for anyone, with all fun activities provided absolutely free! We also have burgers and hot dogs for sale, only £1 each.
Activities
Our Animal World will be bringing their exotic animals for the community to enjoy!

Once again, Harbour Radio will be providing the soundtrack for the Fete!
Fun stalls
We will have a variety of fun activities that you can take part in, including Facepainting & Archery provided by Premier Sport
Community stalls
A variety of organisations from within the community will be setting up stalls for you to browse!
Free prize draw
Everyone who comes to the Fete gets a free entry into our prize draw, drawn at the end of the Fete!
Join us on the 19th July for an afternoon of fun and food!

Cultural Connections Volunteering is a joint project between Great Yarmouth Borough and East Suffolk Councils which is developing a sustainable volunteering programme, reducing barriers into volunteering and increasing social connectedness. Cultural Connections have a range of volunteer opportunites from one off events to ongoing volunteering opportunites in local communities across the area and are funded by Spirit of 2012 via an endowment by the National Lottery.
