Welcome to volunteering at Kingsgate, we want everyone to be a part of who we are and a great way to do that is to get stuck into volunteering in one of our teams!
There are loads of opportunities to get involved to serve the church family and to be a blessing in our wider community. So we are sure there is a space that is just right for you at Kingsgate. You can serve during the week, on a Sunday morning or both!
There are 3 big areas to get involved in and loads of opportunities within each and we wanted to give you a flavour of each below:
Sunday Teams
Children and young people, welcoming, stewarding, hospitality, prayer, hosting and worship.
Community Teams
Befrienders, clothes sorters, laundry helpers, coffee servers, cooks, washer uppers, admin and gardeners.
‘Behind the Scenes’ Teams
Building maintenance, social media, tech and PA, cleaning, event planning and set up, prayer and pastoral care, admin, finance, trustees and small group leading.
We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without so many volunteers willingly giving up their time and energy to serve and be a blessing.

Sunday Tech Team
Stream / Words / Sound
We are always looking for someone who is up for joining our tech team to run either our sound system, streams or words on a Sunday morning. No experience is required as training & support will be provided!
