Here are Adam’s Prayer Points from this evenings Enough Prayer Event at the Lowestoft HUB
A question:
Acts 5:28 “We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said. “Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.”
How can we fill Great Yarmouth (100,000 people+) with the knowledge that Jesus is alive and changing lives?!
A Problem:
A few weeks ago our lift died and there is no easy fix. The cost for installing a new lift is going to be £25,000+. We don’t have that kind of money laying around!
A Focus:
The lift broke just as we were preparing to launch our gift day appeal, where we want to employ Dan Jones (on of our Elders) and Julia Miller (social action) on a p/t basis. We are very grateful for the building but need to stay focused on releasing people who in turn will facilitate ministry across the church.
A longing
A church community growing in radical devotion to Jesus (see Acts 2:42 and Acts 19:19)
